Sinclair & Rush offer a wide range of Plastic Plugs and Rubber Stoppers made from various manufacturing methods including, Injections Moulding, Compression Moulding and Dip Moulding. Plugs & Stoppers are used for thousands of applications where a temporary or permanent seal is required for a hole or open tube. We offer a large stock range, available for next-day delivery and set up bespoke versions and custom parts every week to help our customers with specific uses.
Our Plastic Plugs are manufactured from LDPE, PP or Nylon and are Injection Moulded. We offer Tapered Plugs produced as part of our Stockcap brand which are a highly versatile Plug, used as the standard in many industries including Automotive. Threaded Plugs are also Injection Moulded and are made to suit Metric, BSP and UNF Thread Types. Available as standard Plastic Plugs that screw into threaded ports by hand, we also stock a range of Threaded Sealing Plugs that include a Rubber Washer.
High Temperature Plugs are used by Powder Coating facilities and Paint Shops all of the world. Produced from chemical resistant materials that can withstand high temperatures, our Silicone Stoppers, also known as Silicone Tapered Plugs are re-usable and are tapered to fit a range of hole sizes. EPDM Stoppers, also known as EPDM Tapered Pugs are higher in density and can be more cost-effective the temperature range is lower.
